Since opening in 2006, YSI (UK) Ltd. has been serving customers within the UK, Ireland and parts of Europe from its own dedicated facility in Fleet, Hampshire. However, since becoming part of Xylem in 2011 and in an effort to continuously improve the superior level of service to customers across the region, from October 1st 2015 YSI (UK) Ltd. will be serving its Life Science customers from Xylem’s Bellingham + Stanley Tunbridge Wells facility.
Whilst YSI (UK) Ltd. will be losing its name, the talented teams within will be retained and the sales and service personnel will continue to provide the great level of service customers have come to expect.
The dedicated Life Science service team in the UK continue to support products throughout the United Kingdom. Scheduled on-site preventative maintenance contracts, one-off call-outs or fixed-price breakdown repair services are facilitated through the new Tunbridge Wells Customer Care Team.
