Refractometer Calibration

 

Distilled water is typically used to calibrate the low end of a refractometer scale. Although distilled water may be purchased from a local supplier, B+S offer a certified version for validation of equipment under controlled conditions such as installation validation within the pharmaceutical industry.

Having a 6-week shelf life, certified distilled water is supplied as a single 15ml plastic dropper bottle. Contract supply is available on request.

Additionally, de-aired water is available for the calibration of density meters.
